RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, for items in their original condition that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached.
We recommend that you obtain proof of posting or insure the return shipment, as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. You will be liable for any loss or damage until we receive them at our warehouse.
Belts and any packaging such as dust bags must be returned where provided.
A $10 fee applies to all US returns.
HOW TO RETURN ONLINE
To make a return, please visit our returns portal.
1. Enter your order number and email address.
2. Select the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.
3. Once registered on the portal, we will email a QR code. You do not need to print anything.
4. Package your items securely, ensuring the return slip is included inside the parcel.
5. Take the parcel to your nearest USPS and show the QR code provided.
REFUNDS
Please allow 5 working days from date of receipt for returns to be inspected and processed. You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued on the cost at purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, back to your original method of payment. Once merchandise has been received, your refund will be processed within 30 working days, depending on your banking institution.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be amended before they get processed at our warehouse. Unfortunately, after this time, we are not able to guarantee any changes. Contact client services if you wish to amend your order.
EXCHANGES
We are unable to offer exchanges. For a more efficient service, simply place a new order and return the original.
