PROCESSING GUIDELINES

All orders are processed pending availability and payment card verification.

Orders placed Monday through to Friday before 3 pm GMT will be processed on the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be processed the next working day. 

Roland Mouret will contact you if there are any issues with your order or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

Black Friday - Extra 10% Off Sale – November 2024

Extra 10% off sale is live from 25/11/2024 until 02/12/2024. 

The discount applies to products on sale only and applies automatically at the checkout once sale items have been added to the basket. There is no code required to redeem the offer. 

The offer does not apply to full price products. 

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction or combined with any other sale product promotion or discount codes but can be used in the same order as other full price discount codes. 

The promotion is available whilst stocks last. 

The offer can be used online only and is not valid in stores.

The discount applies to purchases containing sale items from 25/11/2024 and cannot be applied to any sale purchases made before this time or previously placed orders. Please note, this means we do not price match existing orders awaiting despatch or previous orders placed before this time as part of this offer. 

Roland Mouret reserves the right to amend/withdraw the offer at any time.

DELIVERY

Roland Mouret offers free Next Day delivery to addresses within the UK. Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 9 am and 9 pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier will leave you a card telling you how to re-arrange delivery/pick up from the depot. Please note we do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays.

Place your order by 3 pm GMT on Monday to Thursday to receive your goods within the next 2-3 working days for EU & USA destinations, 3-5 working days for Middle East destinations and 2-7 working days for rest of world shipments. Orders placed on Friday before 3:30 pm will be delivered from the following Monday. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday and during the weekend will be delivered from the following Tuesday.

A tracking link for your shipment will be sent via email once your order reaches the nominated carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT COSTS AND METHODS

EUROPE

Delivery is estimated within 2-3 working days from order dispatch.

Import duties and taxes to all EU countries, including Norway and Switzerland, are covered so there are no additional fees to pay upon delivery. Free shipping is offered on all orders above €400. A €20 shipping fee applies for orders below €400. 

USA

Delivery is estimated within 2-3 working days from order dispatch.

Roland Mouret offers free shipping to addresses within mainland USA with import duties and taxes covered. There are no additional fees to pay upon delivery.

MIDDLE EAST

Orders will be dispatched via DHL and delivery is estimated within 3-5 working days from order dispatch.

RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Due to the ongoing international conflict, we are currently unable to deliver to Russia or Belarus.

REST OF WORLD

Depending on the destination, delivery is estimated within 2-7 working days from order dispatch. 

A £16 / €20 / $25 shipping fee applies for orders below £350 / €400 / $500, while any order above £350 / €400 / $500 is free.

* Due to the ongoing international conflict, we are currently unable to deliver to Ukraine.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICIES

Unless otherwise stated, international shipping charges do not include taxes or duties and must be paid by the client. As customs policies vary widely we advise contacting your local customs office for more information. Roland Mouret has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. When ordering from Roland Mouret you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Please note that customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your shipment, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our logistics hub in the UK. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt, for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached. Any returns received not in their original condition will be returned to the sender.

Cancelled items must be returned unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.

We offer exchanges for the same item, in an alternative size only, subject to availability. Should you wish to select an alternative style, please place a new order on our website and return the existing order for a refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will need to return the order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition.

UK RETURNS

Returns within the UK can be sent free of charge using our Royal Mail Returns service.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Roland Mouret does not cover the cost of returns from outside the UK. To lower your cost of shipping, we accept returns without the original box packaging. Please wrap the order securely and using a tracked service with your local post office (for example, USPS for returns from the USA).

It is advised that you obtain proof of posting and/or insure the return shipment as you are liable for any damage to items in transit. Please use your original Order Number as a reference on your return shipping label and invoice.

Please mark clearly “BRITISH RETURN GOODS—CLOTHING” as a description of contents on all paperwork provided by your chosen carrier. If this indication is not clearly stated, customs duty charges may be applied and the amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

BRITISH RETURN GOODS—CLOTHING

Purchases made online cannot be accepted for return in-store.

You may cancel an order within the first hour. If the order status shows as “Shipped” or “Complete” you will need to return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

In case of dispute, please retain proof of postage when returning your order.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

We will send an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow 30 working days for your refund to be processed once the merchandise has been received.

Once you have received the confirmation of refund, follow up with your card issuer directly for any information for funds being cleared back to the original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTED GOODS

We are committed to selling only high-quality fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email at info@rolandmouret.com within 14 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a refund.

After 14 days, we will attempt to repair or obtain replace your item, but we are unable to refund.

FIRST ORDER PROMOTION CODE

Customers who sign up to Roland Mouret marketing emails will recieve a 10% discount off their first online Roland Mouret order.

The code will expire after 30 days.

The code may only be used once per person and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.

PAYMENT

We accept payments from all major card providers, Paypal and buy now pay later through Klarna. 

You must confirm that the credit/debit card being used is your own or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.

All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Roland Mouret, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the rights to ask for a proof of ID if the payment is suspicious or to cancel/reject any unusual orders.

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple, and secure Roland Mouret uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.

If SSL is enabled, you will see a padlock at the top of your browser where you can click to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of the browser it will begin with "HTTPS:" instead of the normal "HTTP:". This means that you are in a secure mode.

KLARNA

In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
